These terms and conditions govern your use of B2B Visuals and the services we provide. By submitting a brief and making a payment, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
B2B Visuals is a presentation design service based in Bearsden, UK, operating at www.b2bvisuals.com. We can be contacted at hello@b2bvisuals.com.
B2B Visuals creates professional sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal documents based on briefs submitted by clients. The specific deliverables, number of slides, revision rounds, and turnaround time depend on the package selected at the time of order.
An order is confirmed once B2B Visuals has accepted your brief by email and you have completed payment. Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payment by card via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the point payment is received and the brief is confirmed as complete. Rush 24-hour turnaround is available for an additional £50. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees — in exceptional circumstances we will notify you promptly of any delays.
Starter orders include one round of revisions. Professional orders include two rounds. A revision round means you provide consolidated feedback and B2B Visuals implements those changes. Additional revision rounds can be purchased for £49 each. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of the draft being delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your draft presentation after your included revision rounds have been used, B2B Visuals will issue a full refund. To request a refund, email hello@b2bvisuals.com within 14 days of the final delivery. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available where the client has approved the final delivery, or where the brief provided was materially incomplete or misleading.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all rights to the final delivered presentation, including all text, layouts, and design elements created specifically for your order. B2B Visuals retains the right to use anonymised examples of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
B2B Visuals treats all client briefs and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except where required by law. If you require a formal NDA, please request one at the time of submitting your brief.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, information, or materials you provide to B2B Visuals do not infringe any third-party rights and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. B2B Visuals accepts no liability for claims arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided in a brief.
B2B Visuals' total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
B2B Visuals may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at www.b2bvisuals.com/terms.html. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
